Make something small to tide you over until dinner. Try peanut butter on wholewheat crackers or a handful of nuts. If you still have a long night ahead of you. Eat a light meal that won't slow you down. Try a turkey sandwich on whole-grain bread or cheese on toasted brown bread. If you've had a coffee and are now past the point of being hungry. Try eating a piece of fruit, some yoghurt, a boiled egg or a slice of ham. That way you won't wake up in the middle of the night famished. If the vending machine is your only option.
